Our Marketing and Management Coaching Service is popular with many of our clients who prefer periodic strategy development, planning and review sessions.

Our Marketing and Management Coaching service is completed in scheduled half-day sessions. We will prepare action plans, discussion documents and/or use spreadsheet analysis during each meeting to help examine, prioritise and follow-up on the implementation of key strategy decisions. All of the material will be printed-out at the end of each session to support immediate implementation.

Our Coaching Sessions will help you and your management team to:

These sessions can also be used to update your action plans, marketing plan, sales plan, business plan, budgets, organisational chart, job descriptions, marketing templates, training programs and other sales, marketing and management tools we have jointly created in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
